Bluff Point Golf Resort, located 15 km from Plattsburgh International Airport, features an 18-hole golf course considered America's third oldest and oldest resort golf course. The course overlooks Lake Champlain with views of Valcour Island and Vermont's Green Mountains. Guests have access to a private sand beach with two docks, canoes, kayaks, SUPs, Adirondack chairs, and sun loungers. The resort is located 10 minutes from Interstate 87. It offers golf and stay packages and is accessible by boat via two 70-foot docks. The resort offers two styles of lodging: suites and cottages. Suites accommodate two adults and include a queen-size bed, a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, a table and chairs, a TV, a microwave, a compact refrigerator, and a covered porch with two chairs. Cottages accommodate four adults and feature a separate bedroom with two double beds and a TV, a living room with two pull-out sleeper sofas, a TV, a dining area, a fully stocked kitchen (range, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave), and a covered porch with four chairs. Both suites and cottages are located between the 4th and 6th fairways.
